Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Yes, pets are welcome. There is a charge of €24.00 per night, so please let us know in advance if you're bringing your dog. There's loads of nature around the hotel for walking. Dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant, but they're welcome on the terrace.
When are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive later. Check-out on the day of departure is by 11 a.m. The wellness area can be used free of charge until 2 p.m. on the day of departure (limited number of lockers available).
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly at the hotel. Two electric charging stations are also available and subject to a fee (payment by credit card or PayPal).
What meal options are available?
You can choose between bed and breakfast or half board plus. This includes a breakfast buffet, light lunch snack, coffee and cake in the afternoon, and a 5-course menu of your choice in the evening. Drinks (except breakfast drinks and juice bar) are not included.
Book wellness treatments in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking wellness appointments before arrival, as demand is high. Please indicate this when booking your room.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes, many areas are accessible at ground level or by lift. Barrier-free rooms are available. For special requests (e.g. shower stools, hypoallergenic bedding), please let us know in advance.
